NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, or SUBSCRIPTION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR BASE CHANCES OF WINNING.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

This promotion (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Kern River Fly Shop, located in Kernville, California, USA.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, affiliates, or agents of Kern River Fly Shop, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins on November 14, 2025, at 12:00 AM PST and ends on December 5, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter through the SweepWidget contest form linked via kernriverflyshop.com or the shop’s official social media channels.

Base Entry:

  • Submit your name and a valid email address via the SweepWidget form.

Bonus Entry (Optional):

  • Participants who subscribe to the Guy Jeans YouTube Channel at youtube.com/@guyjeans8 — or who are already subscribed — will receive one (1) additional bonus entry, effectively doubling their chances in the random drawing.

Subscribing to the YouTube channel is optional and not required to enter or win.

Limit one (1) base entry per person, plus one (1) optional bonus entry.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be randomly selected by SweepWidget’s automated drawing system within five (5) business days after the Giveaway’s end date.
The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry.
If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

SweepWidget’s random selection process and results are final and binding.

6. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize:
A Full Day Fly Fishing Trip for Two with the Kern River Fly Shop, including approximately 8 hours of guided fly fishing.

  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $650 USD

  • Prize includes guided fishing and flies/tackle.

  • Prize does not include travel, lodging, meals, or other expenses unless otherwise stated.

No cash alternative or prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, including bonus entries.

8. Publicity

By entering, participants grant Kern River Fly Shop permission to use their name, likeness, and entry information (such as first name and state) for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the administration of this Giveaway and in accordance with Kern River Fly Shop’s Privacy Policy and SweepWidget’s privacy practices.

10. General Conditions

  • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.

  • The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway for any reason beyond its control.

  • Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or operation will result in disqualification.

  • All federal, state, and local laws apply.

11. California Notice

In compliance with California regulations, no entry fee or purchase is required.
Any disputes arising out of this Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law provisions.
